FCC scumbags!

They forced the railroads and taxpayers to spend hundreds of millions on new radio systems to narrow the very tiny 160 mhz segment they use
Too bad the railroads didn't get a lobbyist to get them exempt!
Passenger services could have spent the wasted funds on improved or new service and repaired equipment!
They also stole segments away from ham radio and wireless mic frequencies!
SCUMBAGS!
