Are these politicians and transit leaders really that stupid?
One of the new Capitol riders for about a year use to be Bus/Bart but it got to be too smelly and dangerous.
It costs more but the risk to her health and life far out weighed it
She could not understand why the officials allowed the vermin to just take over!
