... to be clear, the alleged forgery did not directly involve BNSF affairs. But BNSF is mentioned several times in this story as there were court orders sent to BNSF regarding garnishment of the said BNSF attorney's wages.

I'd say that if he gets prosecuted and convicted of forging a judge's signature, BNSF will likely be looking for a new attorney.
