You need to reread the newspaper article. It doesn't even involve an BNSF Attorney. The attorney in question represents a person that is an BNSF employee (Tribal Liaison. Seems this employee didn't like a ruling the judge made against them and either the employee or their attorney forged a court order reversing the original judgement.

I would imagine that since this employee has managed to drag BNSF into the spotlight, BNSF might be looking for a new Tribal Liaison...however, that position can be very tricky so its entirely possible BNSF will look the other way since good liaisons are hard to find.
