Restricted height tunnels - no double stacks or even hi cube cars. Might be able to get some intermodal and Plate C cars through.

Lack of qualified crews as pilots and less than stellar track also an issue.

BNSF line through Bend can't take double stacks, has capacity issues due to short sidings and limited crews. Rumored one UP detour each way on this route.

UP across NE Oregon will be a challenge with daylight work window supposed to be in effect again by tomorrow? Saw tie gang and 2 tamping gangs equipment tied up at Durkee early this morning.
