I subscribed for well over 50 years and mooched my dad's issues before then. I let my subscription lapse earlier this year. I used to read each issue from cover to cover, but in the last few years I found each issue to be less interesting. I think the internet has dated most issues before they hit the newsstands and you can interact on the internet. I would like to have seen more in depth articles on short lines. There are some but they seem to be few and far between and in many cases just a short blurb. Too much Amtrak. Historical information seems to have been syphoned to Classic Trains.
