BNSF collision with Herzog equipment

Just wondering, I haven't seen anything on this board about the BNSF collision with some Herzog equipment a couple of days ago near Truxton, AZ. I've only seen 1 picture, looks like it was a rail train hit by a BNSF train. Does anything have any information on this? BNSF has said that they have PTC running on quite a bit of its mainlines, was it not in place here? Is MoW equipment running as a train like the Herzog train required to have PTC?
