One of the nicer points of our legal system is than anybody can sue anybody else at any time for anything. However, it's also a case of 1) not being thrown out of court, and 2) prevailing in the final judgement. The shoe will be on the other foot when it's your Aunt Tillie who's being picked up with that blotting papper.
