Which "they" (a third type of "them") can have difficulty locating, identifying, and collecting. Ever hear of blotting paper?

And just hwo are you, please? A county coroner?

Whatdyacallit happens.

One of the nicer points of our legal system is than anybody can sue anybody else at any time for anything. However, it's also a case of 1) not being thrown out of court, and 2) prevailing in the final judgement. The shoe will be on the other foot when it's your Aunt Tillie who's being picked up with that blotting papper.
> NO THEY DON'T NEED SPECIAL EXPENSIVE HAZMAT CREWS TO REMOVE REMAINS WHEN THEY DON'T DO THAT FOR DEPOSITS HOMELESS LEAVE ON THE SIDEWALKS AND STREETS!!!
You'd rather "they" open themselves up to the possibilites of more lawsuits?
