If hazmat crews are needed for contact with a dead person, then, why are they not needed prior to the death? Heck, pet owners pick up dog poop all of the time using only a plastic, disposable bag. No hazmat crew required. Put bag on hand, pick up poop, and toss in trash. It can be as simple that. Although, post picking up the remains, maybe the fire dept. Could hose the area down. Simple.
