CSRM is only partly responsible for that mess; if the state had given CSRM adequate funding and and had been willing to show some responsibility for once (yeah, right!), the entire ATSF collection could've been stored inside somewhere. Of course, it's possible that the entire collection could've stayed here in N.M. if ATSF hadn't been involved in that stupid merger attempt with SP. Then again, given how things tend to not work around here, it's quite likely that the entire kit and caboodle would've been in the same shape if it had stayed here. I just hope M.190 is restored to full operation; it'd be nice to have the "old heifer" up and running again.
