Amtrak #7 stuck on Stevens Pass

The westbound Empire Builder due into Seattle this morning has been stopped just short of the East Portal of the Cascade Tunnel since about 9am this morning, you can view it on the train tracker page of the Amtrak website.

Anyone know what's going on?
