My CenturyLink ISP service is not that great ... but after a couple of retries, the document finally loaded properly.

And for those that don't want to go through that same process, the BN track chart PDF linked above shows that the Cascade Tunnel grade is a consistent 1.57% grade all the way from Scenic to East Portal.
