Aren't you factoring in NEC and state-sponsored services? My question was specifically about the western long-distance trains, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 11-14. Especially wen the bridge and tunnel outages on UP resulting in annulments and bus bridges for weeks at a time, the number here must be much higher, especially when you figure in one-time annulments due to weather or derailments.
