After the needed track upgrades to add long sidings, handle six axle power, move up to class two or three speeds and long trains. Too work with stack trains would require all nine tunnels being modified plus something over six or seven truss frame bridges and several highway overpasses be modified to get gauge clearance. An expensive and daunting task.
