Thank you very, very much, BOB2, for your very interesting and very well-informed posts here on this board. FACTS matter -- a LOT, and it is a real shame that so few planners or politicians ever care about making decisions based solely on facts.

You point out the essential context and methodologies that must be used if one is to do worthwhile and useful transportation planning.

Your posts are some of the very best parts of this website.
