What makes a difference?

I love reading all opinions here, but y'all remind me of the Old Guys Table at the Cheyenne Cafe here in Joseph, where they all sit around for a couple of hours every morning talking about what's wrong. No one ever goes to a Jospeh City Council meeting to tell the city leaders what they should do or – God forbid – run for a council seat where you might have some influence . . . or actually do something.
