Rare loco model in PNW

Had to go by Wallula, WA yesterday. Saw a couple UP Geeps (presumably local Wallula power) waiting for a signal on south end to run around train. First glance - both units had three fans (GP39-2s went from common a few years ago to very scarce, and GP15/38s don't work outside of major yards in this region due to fire starting potential). Second glance (while driving) - lead unit must be an xSP GP60 (squarish hi-cap dynamics and Q fans). The second unit - must be a GP40-2 except something didn't look quite right - UP 1021 GP60 and UP 1373 xSP GP40P-2! For both locos - mighty mainline units now on a lowly local.
