Being unfamiliar with the Grenada Railroad, I did a quick Google search.

The official IPH website says the line is owned by a local agency. I assume they were the purchaser referenced in the original post above?

"The line is now owned by the North Central Mississippi Regional Railroad Authority and operated by Iowa Pacific."
