Carol, if I had the money, I would buy it. Station in Seasode, shop on the old military base, where the ballon track is at, redo the spur into CSUMB, station in Marina, try to work with Dole to ship from there, try for trackage rights to Salinas. If you really want , try for trackage rights to Watsonville and Santa Cruz. Run DPUs on a half hour schedule. Encourage people from Monterey/Pacific Grove to commute.

Does anyone know what is wrong with the bridge?

And looking at the traffic on Hwy 1 right now on Google maps, the train would be used.
