Well, BOB2's link seems to be broken ... as it resolves to the National Park Service, but doesn't tell us what Park or location BOB2 meant to refer to.

So, I am guessing that he really meant to direct us to Pinnacles National Park located in Northern California between Soledad and San Benito (about in the middle of this screenshot) ...

Note that there is no road THROUGH the park ...
