Having had worked for the NWP i know the line as well as anyone.Been through Ted Winters property to access Island Mountain as well other private back roads to access Kekawaka and Ramsey. Bell Springs rd.is considered dangerous around harvest time and people have been killed at Spyrock. I was down stream of Dos Rios in the last month but can honestly say i have not been in the other more remote areas deep in the canyon in the last five years or so. Things might have changed for the worse.
