A few weeks ago a certain individual with legal background was banned from the Railway Preservation News forum for his behavior.

WARNING: He is back on the forum with a new handle. Today a new member with the handle BSFSRYFAN has shown up posting legal information with the intent to embarrass and discredit someone's honest efforts. It is an ugly spectacle to behold.

It's amazing that in this hobby there are so many who would destroy other people and groups rather than offer them help.

I hope the RYPN mods are smart enough to see what is going on and ban him again.
