Del Mar Bluffs...... Service Disruption

As we piss away billions in taxpayer money on the "runaway money train", I see we had a small collapse of the cliff, on LOSSAN, at the Del Mar bluffs, that stopped or delayed Amtrak and Coaster services for a couple of hours, yesterday, during rush hour, on the 2nd busiest IC rail passenger corridor in the United States.
LOSSAN and Coaster are running normally today, with no immediate danger.
We could tunnel under Del Mar (right under old PCH) and take the train off of the unstable bluffs, with a DT 110mph replacement for about $600 million, which would save approximately 4 minutes per every train, and meet a real need. But, we have screwed up priorities.
We wont' spend even penny's for many of California's many very well documented and real rail transportation "needs", while we continue to piss away billions for California's "runaway money train", which meets no identified travel deficiency or "need".....
