These days the young and old are leaving Kalifornia. Mostly Foreigners (think illegals) living like rats to afford a 2500 dollar a month apartment, and a spattering of 1 percenters, who are so scared they are building doomsday shelter in New Zealand. Place will be like Johannesburg in no time.
