Bill:
1) Just run through power. It's a UP Garbage train, so it saves switching units.
2) Occasionally. Sometimes all the way to Bangor, but more frequently there's a LPG customer near Silverdale.
3) Those are Navy switchers. Here's a link to one. There are supposed to be a couple of new ones there, but I've not caught them yet.
