Yep, of course this has nothing whatsoever to do with any real identified transportation needs, because it's really all about slopping a big taxpayer funded "gravy train" "trough" for all the piggy's to feed from...

Electrification of the partial "route segments" from just Burbank to Anaheim makes some kind of operational sense in any way for ML, how exactly? What utter nonsense.
