It's totally normal to burn 1.5% of the state's surface area in a few months, as well as to spend over a $1B fighting the fires that have caused $2.5B in damages. Good thing we only have 12 months of fire season to go through each year.
So sure, whatever you're all doing is working out just fine. No need for gas taxes, rail transit, HSR, or denser pedestrian-oriented urban neighborhoods. The impoverished and crime-ridden Manhattan clearly shows us that density and rail-transit are terrible.
We can just continue to add lanes to highways and build single-family homes on farmland out in Turlock. Urban fwys too! I-710? Bring It. It'll be fine. We should fill in more of the bay to expand SFO while we're at it.
Almost forgot...let's build that wall...OUT OF COAL! That'll show 'em.
Great! Thanks!
