"Diesel Free by '33" is all I need to know. Note how the date is not too far in the future to show lack of concern and not too near to cause panic that something must be accomplished forthwith. As usual the "real action" will be in the middle with a date that produces a nice rhyme and a commitment that means nothing, with no accountability for those that make the pledge. We "Care about the people" was the last thing on their minds with the calculations, but it somehow works for them, which is the raison d'etre for this bilge.
