Was holding back from posting until I read your obnoxious post. Demokrats are really a hateful bunch ;-)
Just deport all the visa overstayers and illegals. That should reduce the population enough to clean up the air. Housing will cheaper. Dramatically reducing the number of those living on the street. Traffic will Calm down and be more manageable. Win win situation.
