Looks like it managed to stay on over the years with those unique long chimes, which I compared in photos. Sounds to be an original cast Nathan P3 to me. Here is a video with some horn action:

403 has a very nice newer cast Nathan P5 to demonstrate the difference between the 3 and 5 chime versions of this horn.
