One thing nobody is talking much about is the port facility they will need. These guys will come straight into Humboldt Bay from Fields Landing where the deepest water is and there is a turning basin. It's also a straight shot out the jetty. If they need to get to the Samoa side they'll just build a nickel/dime bridge parallel to the highway with a lift span rather than go all the way around the bay through Arcata. That part of the bay isn't navigable anyway. It will turn the Eureka waterfront into an industrial nightmare nobody will allow to happen anyway. One thing for sure people are going to walk away from this thing with money in their pocket no matter what happens. And most likely nothing will happen.
Check out the shell document HQ on Google Maps at 50 West Liberty, Suite 880, Reno, NV. That's the old 395 (South Virginia Street) at the traffic light to the left. I believe thats Plumas Street on the right at the traffic light. The Federal Building is close by.
