Too bad you do not know what you are talking about. Of the 4 details you say happened about the accident, 3 are wrong.

Fact: No body drove in front of any train. A car for what ever reason drove off the freeway overturned and ended up next to the track and was subsequently hit by Amtrak 763

Fact: This happened next to Refugio State Beach.

Fact: The 2 occupants of the vehicle suffered minor injuries as a result of the single car accident but were able to exit the vehicle before the train hit it.

Your one true fact: No one was killed.
