Interesting. So this could actually pencil out in the next CHSRA business plan (2020) if they're willing to disconnect the milking machine, which I think they might if the only other choice is no project. The Olympics deadline might also provide some new momentum.

I get your innuendo, but for the record, and all past leg-pulling aside, the business I work in for a living does involve vehicles, but they have zero wheels. And zero passengers.
