Oops ... 'Driverless' train in Australia gets out of control; deliberately derailed to stop it

Certain trains in Australia are operating 'driverless', under computer control, remotely. In this case, the "system" lost control of the train, and it was determined the best solution was to intentionally derail the train by running it off a dead-end spur.
