Frank's Diner (Spokane)

Since we returned to Spokane from Glacier National Park, I have spied two Frank's Diner locations in town--both using former heavyweight passenger cars. Today we ate lunch at the diner in North Spokane along Hwy 2.
This location uses former GN sleeper LAKETON,#670. It may have been converted into a dining car at some point.
Lunch was not bad. Breakfast is supposedly highly regarded.
Plenty of railroad decor within the car, especially GN.
The other location is at the edge of downtown. Anyone know the history of the passenger car there?
