When has knowing, or waiting to know, the "facts", ever kept trolls from plucking something ripe and fragrant out of the usual orifice?

IIRC this project may have used Federal funds, and "Buy America" provisions may apply here.

And now, we can learn even more about the vast evil conspiracy involved in the apparent deliberate "sabotage" of this steel beam, by the Director of the MTC, too.
