Right now I believe they don't have any particular plan where to operate SLB No. 4. If they are successful is their Bayshore roundhouse preservation project one could assume they could run it there. Certainly if the State Belt Line trackage was still in place on the Embarcadero and elsewhere, The City would never allow it to run on city streets.
