Cracked TBT beams fabricated in San Bernardino

Bandaid plan is to place steel columns roughly in the center of Fremont St. and extra beams to shore up the station structure. I wonder how much covering and facing stuff has to come off the building to be able to scan all the structural steel.

I'd look at the concrete too. 2 big issues right away makes one wonder.
