Return of Roadrailers

With the truck traffic congestion on I5 hitting saturation levels and coupled with the driver shortage its a wonder the return of Roadrailers and/or more I5 intermodal trains are not being discussed or contemplated.

Does anyone have any knowledge of impending changes?
