Tom,
I sure agree with you on I-5 traffic loading......some maybe minor changes that are a start:
- intermodal coming out of Terminal 6 here in Portland to Tacoma/Seattle.
- the pending Connect Oregon decision to site a transload facility at either
Millersburg or Brooks.
I think the Portland congestion is getting everyones attention...money talks and it is costing business some big $ to get their products through the mess I live in.
