California poverty rate is highest in the nation, fully 25% of the total nationwide. The ranchette and hilltop dwellers in Mendocino and Humboldt can drive their Audi's, Tesla's and Super Duties to Santa Rosa and the Bay to shop on 101 while the mass exodus of humanity can walk and camp their way Shangrila on the Great Redwood Trail. That's going to be a law enforcement and fire management nightmare. Pity the poor property owners up and down the Eel.
I suppose some will probably welcome the influx?
