What gives you the right to "believe" they are abandoned. Google the FEGUA Museum, it's very nice and have curators looking for ways to preserve and take care if the railroad.
Posner, FVG and the railroad is another (sad) situation.
The locomotives belong to Guatemala and their people. Same with Columbia and Cuba. We gringos have no right to go their and steal anything from them. Maybe we should start by being good neighbors and share how we preserve stuff. No wonder they hate us.
