I just visited their website of Events. Pumpkin train, and Santa trains will bring in some people. The Historical movies will bring in either rail fans, or historians, or members. Not the general public. Hate to say this WRM, you might, might need a Thomas event. Yes I know, but ask OERM, they do it, and a LOT of people show up, ride the streetcars, and walk around the area.

And I would think a good dinner train on the north branch would be nice, even though Napa is close, but sometimes not affordable to the average Joe. Maybe a stargazing night?, take a train or a streetcar to a remote dark location for the local star gazing club. Annual hand car races would be nice. Do we do a rail festival each year?

We all do not like to commercialize, but sometimes you need to make a deal with the @#$%& to keep the lights on.
