Also have to keep in mind that UP gets to Oakdale over BNSF and then Sierra trackage rights. UP would naturally want to keep the traffic for itself, but turning their Oakdale operations over to Sierra would entail some sort of a haulage agreement with BNSF, and they really don't have an incentive to cut UP any sort of a deal here so that alone would make the pricing uneconomical.

Those are my thoughts.
