Lot's of bull manure about "the coast cans". Employees claiming to know the story are full of sheet. There seems to be more to this than UP telling the customer to shove it. Consider how much it would cost to truck the oil a long distance. Probably going totruck more oil to the refinery west of Nipomo.

Word is the coast oil can unloading facility in Carson will be getting oil from Utah starting next March. No room for the coast cans.
