does NMDOT own the line from CP Blewett (south of Santa Fe near I-25 to Lamy?) when they bought it from the Railrunner?
SFS should still have a timetable and should still control/dispatch between Lamy and CP Blewett, since it's not included in the NMRX Timetable...
NMRX took control of CP BLEWETT-Santa Fe from SFS as part of the Santa Fe Subdivision which includes the northern part of the Branch west to CP Madrid connecting the former ATSF/BNSF main from Lamy to Belen (now NMRX's Albuquerque)?
