Which brings up other questions
How big does a railroad have to be to want PRR?
How small can a regional be and do it right, without getting screwed?
What can STB do to increase rates so the BRRs don't need to resort to PRR?
Please don't cite protective measures for shortlines, as that just smacks of the ICC
and the job it did running RRs into the ground.

I note that BNSF named Kiamichi its favorite shortline...???
