Some do go overboard at night simply to be a-holes, I've worked with some. There's what is required versus going overboard. Like any other big employer, you're bound to have some jerks in the mix. Doesn't help that many RR's abuse their employees via hours, boards cut too thin, improperly denying good claims, flat out harassment, etc.
