Nothing going on here but some feckless pols and functionaries strutting.

Can't do squat because SMART's doodlebugs and freights cannot handle ramp gradients that would be a walk in the park for a streetcar. SMART's insiders will have to die off like BART's Bechtelians for anything to be done.
