I met a commuter who connects to train via e-bike. E-bike takes him last ten miles to work in Mill Valley. He laments the lack of service at 5:59pm and 6:29pm, and says you can really get screwed if you miss the last train of the first four commute runs.
Also mentions that the early morning trains are frequently standing room only.
SMART says they simply can't provide more service during the commute due to hiring issues. How about paying the engineer-conductors more?
